Any particular way of thinking can become a habit. In our day and age, with the intrusive power of the mass media influencing mass hysteria (and massive negativity), a concerted effort toward building HABITS of positive thinking is essential.

POSITIVE-THINKING ENERGY IMPROVES MENTAL HEALTH, INCREASES MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ENERGY, INCREASES CREATIVE THINKING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING AND INCREASES PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY.

The goal is to build newer more healthy habits of positive thinking which are based on some of the following principles:

1. Gratitude
2. Humor
3. Love and compassion
4. Anti-negativity
5. Setting realistic personal goals and self- coaching toward the fulfillment of each person's own particular life calling.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The principles of positive thinking do not apply in the same way when an individual is suffering from Clinical (chemical) Depression. In that case, medications are essential and only then is work possible in changing old habits of thought negativity.




INDIVIDUALS SESSIONS WITH ANNE MILLIGAN

Appointments can be arranged individually with Anne Milligan for the following:
  • Assessment/Evaluation for Clinical Depression
  • Hypnotherapy session/s to break old habits of thought negativity more quickly and effectively. Hypnotherapy clients are given a tape of the session to work with on their own. Hypnotherapy has been found to be an extremely effective and efficient tool to help break old habits and build healthier new ones. The hypnotherapy sessions are $100 for an hour session. If this seems like a lot, keep in mind that hypnotherapy moves you ahead much more quickly than hours and hours sitting and talking in a therapist's office.
