Anne Milligan has conducted "Flow of Life" trainings for Hospice and Palliative Care staff, and has personally facilitated honoring ceremonies for families throughout the country for the past several years.
*The following is the general fee schedule:
Two-hour staff training for individual Hospice and Palliative Care teams: $250
Four-hour training for individual Hospice and Palliative Care teams: $500
One-hour presentation at Hospice and Palliative Care regional conferences: $250
Two-hour presentation at Hospice and Palliative care regional conferences: $500.
*Travel and hotel costs are added to the fee if the location is over 100 miles from the Louisville, Kentucky area.
