operates a separate Hypnosis Therapy ("Hypnotherapy") office in the Louisville, Kentucky area. All appointments at this office are Hypnotherapy sessions only. All sessions are $150 (for each 1 and 1/2 hour, 90 minutes) session and no insurances are accepted. Hypnosis will reduce the amount of anesthetic required and in many instances may be used as the anesthetic of choice.
