MEDITATION 1:

This meditation is an introduction to the techniques of "mindfulness". This first meditation includes focusing, deep breathing, guided healing imagery and other mind-body exercises. This meditation prepares you for Meditation #2.

This meditation is 47 minutes and deeply healing. You will want to have practiced with the first meditation for almost a month before you move onto this one.

"Into the Light: Meditation #3 is the next in a series of inner healing meditations and self-hypnosis recordings which I (Anne Milligan) have been working on for the past several years. Meditation 4: Heart Meditation for Healing

This meditation is a script created by Anne Milligan and released in March of 2013. It is based upon years of training and experience in the "brain science of hypnotherapy" and "mindfulness meditations". The latest research from the Institute of Heartmath has also influenced the creation of this healing meditation. With regular daily practice, you will find that you can easily calm and steady your heartbeat and bring natural health and healing to your whole mind and body.
